Thank you for supporting Arc Longevity. We’re a small, growing brand, and every order means the world to us. Please review our shipping terms below.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding international shipping in the near future.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will ship on or around the date stated at checkout before purchasing. Please review the product page for the most up-to-date estimated shipping window.
Because this is our first production run, there may be slight delays — but our team is working hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Timeframes

• Flat-Rate Shipping: $9.99

• Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 4–10 business days.

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Arc Longevity is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@arclongevity.co within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has shipped. You are usually able to cancel your order within 24 hours, by reaching out to our customer service before it is shipped by emailing support@arclongevity.co (not .com)
